By placing an order through Fresa Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and shop policies. Due to the curated nature of the shop, policies are designed to help maintain a smooth experience for both customers and order processing.

Please allow up to 24–48 business hours for a response depending on current order volume.


Order Processing & Curated Variation Notice

Fresa Club is a curated online gift shop centered around themed lifestyle scoops, stationery, desk accessories, beauty items, plush charms, organization pieces, and rotating seasonal collections.

Because every order is curated individually:

  • included items may vary between orders
  • packaging details may change seasonally
  • colors, themes, and accessories may differ depending on inventory availability
  • certain items may rotate in or out of collections over time

Fresa always does her best to match selected aesthetics, preferences, and order notes as closely as possible, but exact item fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.

Limited Availability

Fresa Club operates with limited inventory releases and rotating collection themes.

Certain items, packaging styles, seasonal extras, or themed assortments may:

  • sell out without notice
  • be archived permanently
  • return in future drops
  • vary depending on current stock availability

Limited quantities are intentionally released throughout the month to maintain collection quality and manageable processing times.


Order Notes & Preferences

Customers may leave preferences, themes, favorite colors, dislikes, or aesthetic notes during checkout.

Fresa always tries her best to curate around submitted preferences whenever possible. However:

  • preferences are not guaranteed
  • exact item requests may not always be available
  • inventory limitations may affect final assortment choices

If you forgot to include an order note, please email Fresa Club as soon as possible.

Once an order enters processing or packaging stages, additional changes may no longer be possible.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure that:

  • your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • apartment/unit numbers are included
  • contact information is entered correctly
  • delivery instructions are added when necessary

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, delivery delays or failed delivery attempts may occur.

Fresa Club is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect addresses
  • missing apartment/unit numbers
  • inaccessible delivery locations
  • forwarding addresses
  • address formatting errors entered during checkout

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact Fresa Club immediately before the order ships.

Once a package has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.


Returned Packages & Reshipments

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address information
  • failed delivery attempts
  • unclaimed packages
  • inaccessible delivery locations

the customer may be responsible for additional reshipment fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Processing Times

Because orders are curated and packed individually, processing times may vary depending on:

  • current order volume
  • active collection releases
  • seasonal packaging changes
  • filming schedules
  • inventory restocks

Estimated processing times shown on the website are approximate and not guaranteed shipping deadlines.


Shipping & Delivery

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing becomes the responsibility of the courier service.

Fresa Club is not responsible for:

  • carrier delays
  • weather-related shipping interruptions
  • lost packages marked as delivered
  • delayed tracking updates
  • customs or transit interruptions outside of our control

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact Fresa Club so we can review the situation individually.


Delivered Packages

If tracking information shows that a package has been successfully delivered to the provided address, Fresa Club is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery confirmation.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • check with household members
  • check apartment offices/mailrooms
  • contact the shipping carrier
  • file a claim with the courier if necessary

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the curated and personalized nature of Fresa Club products:

  • all sales are considered final
  • returns are not accepted
  • refunds are not guaranteed
  • cancellations may not be possible once processing begins

If you need assistance regarding a special situation, please contact Fresa Club by email and your request will be reviewed individually.


Product Photos & Display Images

Product photos, promotional graphics, collection previews, and aesthetic examples are intended to represent the overall style and theme of the collection.

Exact products shown in promotional images may not always be included in your order.

Collections evolve over time based on inventory availability and seasonal curation.


Packing Videos & Social Media Content

Orders purchased with the “Order Packing Video” add-on may be filmed and featured on Fresa Club social media platforms.

Please note:

  • posting dates are not guaranteed
  • filming styles may vary
  • some orders may appear briefly or partially in content
  • limited filming slots are released weekly

Purchasing a packing video listing does not guarantee viral exposure, specific editing styles, or guaranteed posting timelines.


One Box Policy

Orders may be packaged together by default depending on item quantity and shipping efficiency.

If you would prefer certain items to be separated into different packages or grouped differently, please include detailed instructions in your checkout notes.

Additional packaging requests may not always be possible depending on inventory and shipping limitations.


Policy Updates

Fresa Club reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these policies at any time without prior notice as collections, shipping procedures, and operational needs evolve over time.
